Purpose: handling and responding to your enquiry, as well as any subsequent correspondence.
Legal basis: your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you grant by ticking the box when submitting the form, and, in the case of an existing or prospective contractual relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Storage period: your enquiry remains stored as an email and in the host's form inbox for as long as it is required to handle your request and to address any follow-up questions. You can request the deletion of your enquiry at any time, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
Withdrawal: you can withdraw any consent you have given at any time and without stating reasons. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal.
Providing this data is voluntary. However, without your name, email address and message I am unable to handle your enquiry.
